The one-time $50 setup fee covers domain configuration, initial site build from your approved demo, DNS setup, SSL certificate installation, and going live.
Monthly hosting is billed at the start of each billing cycle.
For custom software development and SaaS projects, refund terms are specified in the project proposal or statement of work. In general:
If you experience extended downtime or service issues caused by BrightMind (not third-party outages or force majeure), we may at our discretion offer a pro-rated credit toward your next billing cycle. Contact us to discuss any service concerns.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
