Monthly Billing Starts

Your first $25 charge hits on the 1st of the month after your site goes live. Cancel anytime.

No double-paying during setup. You pay the $50 setup fee today. Monthly billing doesn't start until the 1st of the month after your site is live. If your site launches on March 15th, your first monthly charge is April 1st.

Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.
What does the $50 setup fee cover?
Final revisions to your demo site, domain registration and DNS setup, SSL certificate, and going live. It's a one-time charge.
When does monthly billing start?
On the 1st of the month after your site goes live. You won't be charged monthly while we're still building. If your site launches mid-March, your first monthly charge is April 1st.
What updates are included in the $25/month?
Anything that keeps your existing site accurate: updating hours, changing menu prices, swapping a photo, fixing a typo, updating contact info. If the information on your site changes, we update it at no extra cost.
What costs extra?
Building new things: new pages, new features, redesigns, seasonal promotions, or adding functionality like online ordering. Custom work is billed at $25/hour, and we always give you an estimate before starting. We'll never charge you without your approval.
How do I know if something is a free update or custom work?
Simple rule: if you're updating something that already exists on your site, it's free. If you're asking us to build something new, that's custom work. If you're ever unsure, just ask. We'll always tell you upfront.
What if I want to cancel?
Just let us know. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We'll provide all your site files so you can take them to another host if you want. No fees, no hassle.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
